Welcome to Jr. Storytellers (JRS)! By accessing or using our website at https://jrstorytellers.com, purchasing products, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site (but we’ll miss you).
🛍️ Orders & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Wix’s platform using your selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (like if you somehow order 9,999 books—we’ll probably call you first).
📦 Shipping & Fulfillment
We do our best to ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping option. JRS is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, wild raccoons, or acts of God.
💥 Refunds & Returns
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In short: damaged or missing items = we fix it. Buyer’s remorse = not so much.
💾 Digital Products
Jr. Storytellers may offer digital products such as downloadable books, custom digital stories, online workshops, or other educational content. All digital products are:
Non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of instant access.
Intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.
Protected by copyright and may not be copied, altered, or distributed without written permission.

🧑🏫 Hiring a Storyteller
Customers may request a live or virtual storytelling session through our website. We forward these requests to available Storytellers in our network based on location and availability.
Storytellers are independent contractors, not employees of Jr. Storytellers. We support them with tools and training—especially for those using our subscription service—but do not directly manage or employ them.
Only background-checked Storytellers (Levels 2–5) appear in our Certified Directory. Level 1 Affiliates may sell books but are not vetted for live events.
By submitting a request, you acknowledge that JRS coordinates bookings, but the Storyteller is responsible for delivering the session.
📚 Content & Copyright
All books, images, videos, and content on this site are the property of Jr. Storytellers or licensed contributors and are protected by copyright laws. You are welcome to share, promote, and create original content inspired by JRS (e.g., storytelling videos, book readings, reviews), as long as:
You credit Jr. Storytellers clearly in your content or caption,
You don’t alter official materials or logos without written permission, and
You don’t sell or repackage any JRS content as your own.
Basically: create, don’t plagiarize—and we’re good.
If you're a registered Storyteller or affiliate, check your program terms for additional content permissions.
📧 Newsletter & Emails
If you sign up for our newsletter, we may send you occasional emails with updates, promotions, or stories we think you'll enjoy. You can unsubscribe anytime—though we’ll cry a little.
🧒 Children’s Use
This site is intended for use by adults (parents, educators, Storytellers). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13 in compliance with COPPA.

💼 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jr. Storytellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products. If your toddler chews on a book, that’s on you.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted here. By continuing to use our site, you agree to the updated terms.
